Recharged ! With Sadness and Guilt...

Hello... I'm back safety... (Where is my "I love you", from all my friends?) Ha.. Ha.. I miss you guys in Singapore.
In this trip, it made me realise that how fortunate we Singaporeans are. Living in such a small and developed country, with the pampered of our government, we still could complaint over very small little things in our life like food not good, service not good and etc. In Vietnam, the people live in poverty, trying all means of ways to stay alive and to have food to eat everyday whereas we could eat all we want here and waste food. The Hospital is really a culture shock for me, as people there can spend hours and hours waiting for their turn to see doctor without complaining, whereas people here waited for few minutes and start to write in to complaint. The numbers of abandon babies are so many that it made me wonders what is quality of a "new" life to them. Do they think before they had Sex or is it just an exchange for somethings else?
Sadness sets in my heart when i had my exchange program in the Children hospital and the women hospital. But that not the worst part of my trip, it is the visit to the War Museum that tears was starting to form in my eyes. Seeing how much people had suffer during war and after war made me realise so much. They suffer war for 30 years whereas compare to us for 3 and a half years. They had post-war effect that cause their generations to have deformed babies. (A fetus of deformed twins was display at the Museum.) Why can human be so heartless to invent such chemical bombs to kill one another. (The chemical bombs are use by Americans during war at that time causes the side effects till now.)
This trip really made me realise that how fortunate i am living in such a protected environment. I'm realise that it time for me to contribute more to the society. I am willing to give all i could to help those people. So guys, stop complaining so much now, always reflect and look at how other people in our developing countries are suffering. Well, i will try to update the pictures as soon as i can (My computer need to be change soon)...
PS: Life is meaningful... It the way on how we look at it. So lets live life to the fullest and start to lend out a helping hand to whoever needs our help. Who knows that one day, we might need someone to help us. Don;t live in guilty !
